Terms of Service

Eligibility

The Service is intended for members and friends of Inner City Lutheran Congregation. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering
• You must not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is abusive, offensive, or unrelated to the church community
• Impersonate another member or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access another member’s account or data without authorization
• Use the Service in any way that disrupts or interferes with its operation

Membership Directory

Your name, profile photo, and verified status may be visible to other members in the app’s member directory. You can control your photo and some profile details from within the app at any time.

Suspension and Termination

Church administrators may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, or at their reasonable discretion. You may request that your account be deactivated at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the Service accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
